Dr. Shiple, is board certified in both Family Medicine and Sports Medicine. He obtained his RMSK credentials from the ARDMS in 2013.
He is the owner the Center for Sports Medicine and Wellness in Springfield, PA. Since 2008 he has practiced as a non-operative Sports Medicine and Interventional Orthopedic and Spine specialist.
He formerly served as the founder and Director of the Crozer-Keystone Health System’s Sports Medicine Fellowship from 1995-2007.
Passionate about teaching Diagnostic Ultrasound, Dr. Shiple has been teaching Dx U/S for multiple medical societies since 2008. He has served as clinical faculty for instructional Ultrasound workshops for the AMSSM, AOASM, GCUS, MSKUS and is clinical director of the AAOM’s Advanced Ultrasound workshop since the AAOM started their instructional courses.
Dr. Shiple has been performing Diagnostic US since 2005 and currently MSK US Diagnoses and Guided procedures accounts for 80% of his clinical practice.
