Upon receipt of the registration payment, a confirmation letter will be sent to you along with arrival directions and class itinerary. For Florida programs, airline destination should be made to Tampa International Airport. Meeting location is approximately a 30-minute drive. Lodging arrival suggested evening prior to program start.

Registrations suggested at least 4 to 6 WEEKS PRIOR to program date. Since class enrollments are limited in size; early registration is advised. Registration is confirmed on a "first come, first serve" basis of PAID TUITIONS. Advanced registrations is accepted if registration payment is postmarked 30 days or more prior to the beginning date of the program. Any registration payments postmarked less than 21 days before the program MUST include an additional $100.00 late registration fee (when mailing in payment). A full registration refund will be given if cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to a scheduled program (See credit card and check terms below). Registrations received 14-30 days prior to a program start date are non-refundable, and are limited to a one-time transfer restricted to the same person for the next identical program on the Gulfcoast Ultrasound Institute schedule. A $250.00 transfer fee plus any change in program tuition will apply. No refunds or transfers will be allowed less than 14 days to a program start date. A 5% discount on course registration applies to individuals from the same facility that register for the same course and date at the same time and pay with the same form of payment (one combined payment) when attending courses in St. Pete Beach, FL. In the event a program is re-scheduled or cancelled for any reason (including but not limited to Acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, or viral/bacterial outbreaks), pre-paid attendees will be able to transfer to another equivalanet program at no additional cost. Credit card refunds, when in accordance to the terms above, will only be credited to the same credit card used to place the order (no exceptions), LESS any credit card processing/transaction fees incurred (fees are set by the credit card processing company and range from 2-4% of the original purchase price, reference to the exact amount will be provided). Purchases made via company or personal check are eligible for a full refund with no fees when in accordance with the terms above.
