Registrations received 14-30 days prior to a program start date are non-refundable, and are limited to a one-time transfer restricted to the same person for the next identical program on the Gulfcoast Ultrasound Institute schedule. A $300.00 transfer fee plus any change in program tuition will apply. No refunds or transfers will be allowed less than 14 days to a program start date.
In the event a program or live webinar is re-scheduled or cancelled for any reason (including but not limited to Acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, or viral/bacterial outbreaks), pre-paid attendees will be able to transfer to another equivalanet program at no additional cost. Gulfcoast Ultrasound is not responsible for any travel and/or lodging reimbursements. Prices, schedules, and CME credits subject to change without notice.
A 5% discount on course registration applies to individuals from the same facility that register for the same course and date at the same time and pay with the same form of payment (one combined payment) when attending courses in St. Petersburg, FL. Live or On Demand Webinars are non-refundable after participants logs in to watch the webinar. On –Demand webinars are intended for single participant per webinar use, and as such security settings only permit access to one computer per webinar purchase. Credit card refunds, when in accordance to the terms above, will only be credited to the same credit card used to place the order (no exceptions), LESS any credit card processing/transaction fees incurred (fees are set by the credit card processing company and range from 2-4% of the original purchase price, reference to the exact amount will be provided). Purchases made via company or personal check are eligible for a full refund with no fees when in accordance with the terms above.
With the exception all third party textbooks not produced by Gulfcoast Ultrasound Institute, educational products may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 15 days of the purchase date (by individuals, not bookstores or distributors), so long as the products are in resalable condition. Refunds / Exchanges will not be honored due to computer operating system incompatibility if Gulfcoast Ultrasound is not notified within 15 days of purchase. Product refunds are ultimately honored at the discretion of Gulfcoast Ultrasound Institute. Product returns for any reason (except product defects or errors): $25.00 restocking fee per item + shipping. By "resalable condition", it is meant that the product has not been written on, earmarked or defaced in any way. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Replacement products will be provided for defective items within 15 days of purchase.
No exchanges or returns are accepted if product CME quizzes have been processed. No CME quizzes will be processed for products that have been exchanged or returned.
Regular refund policies do not apply to products not produced by Gulfcoast Ultrasound Institute. Such products are non-returnable/non-refundable.

COVID-19 Refund Policy
Gulfcoast Ultrasound Institute has temporarily revised our course cancellation/transfer policy. Full refunds are available anytime outside of 30 days prior to the course for any reason. Registrations received 14-30 days prior to a program start date are non-refundable, and are limited to a one-time transfer restricted to the same person for the next offering of the same program with the payment of a $300 transfer fee. If travel cancellation due to COVID-19 must occur within 14 days of the course, participants MUST submit documentation from their employer (or doctor, if they are ill), and will be offered a transfer to the next available course. A $300 transfer fee plus any change in program tuition will apply for travel restrictions imposed by an employer.
Virtual Conference Refund Policy
A full refund will be available up to 7 days prior to the Virtual Conference. Course materials will be made available for download prior to the event, if it is verified the user has downloaded the handouts, no refund will be available.
Online Activity Refund Policy
Refunds are only granted within 15 calendar days of purchase provided the activity has not been accessed.
A "site license" allows organizations to install a single CD on a computer network, or on each computer at a company, so as to grant access to all individuals belonging to the organization (site) to the contents of the CD. Two-year expiration from date of purchase. No refunds allowed on site license purchases.
